1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with Trade Flex Capitals LLC ("Trade Flex", "we", "us", or "our"), accessing the web interface, or utilizing our copy-trading and investment allocation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Execution Services
Trade Flex Capitals provides execution-only and algorithmic portfolio mirroring services. We do not provide individualized tax, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that all investment decisions and copy-trading allocations are made independently at your sole discretion.
3. Customer Due Diligence (KYC / AML)
Users must complete identity verification as prescribed by international AML regulations. Accounts providing fraudulent credentials or participating in prohibited transactions are subject to immediate suspension, and law enforcement authorities may be notified.
4. Ledger Accounting & Balance Settlement
All accounting balances are governed strictly by the double-entry general ledger recorded in our central system. In the event of a discrepancy between client-side cached data and the database ledger journal, the immutable database ledger entries govern.
